Absolutely correct, but there is at least one situation that might make things behave strangely - and that's when some machines have the video mapped to use Small Fonts and others use Large Fonts! I run into this on occasion when switching between the main NT system that I work on at 1280x1024 with Small fonts (comfortable enough on a 19" ViewSonic here at home) and then have forgotten about the issue and work on someone's ssytem where they've made a completely legitimate decision to use Large Fonts enabled at their preferred video resolution. Drives me nuts at times.
