As you may have heard, DIGITAL has filed suit
charging Intel Corporation with deliberate infringement
of 10 DIGITAL patents in the making of
microprocessor products, including Intel's Pentium,
Pentium Pro and Pentium II microprocessor families. I
want to explain why we are taking this action...
BECAUSE WE CAN'T COMPETE IN THE MARKETPLACE AND BECAUSE
