How do you explain C0000005 errors to clients?
My clients occasionally get C0000005 errors on their machine, which I cannot reproduce. Usually reinstalling windows takes care of the offensive message, but is a major deal to my mostly computer illiterate customers. I'm looking for some feedback on how others have addressed this issue with clients. And while I'm at it, does anyone else have to explain why their clients can't use HP printer drivers? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
