What are the other presenters doing? What is the overall theme of presentation? My suggestion is to keep in line with what the VB and VC guys do. Filling up 15 minutes is pretty simple. The key is to keep in line with what the other presenters are doing.

To me, it is very interesting that your requirement is to build a COM component. Is that the focus, middle tier? What about the other tools? How much time do they have? Have you given thought to what your COM Component will do?

Showing folks that it can fit into MTS would be nice. Perhaps creating some ASP docs that use the VFP COM Component would be a good idea. Send me a private email, I have some samples that you can use.

Microsoft is doing a presentation here in SLC in June called "Microsoft Development Tools A-Z." I will be doing the presentation on VFP and will have about 10-15 minutes. My only requirement is that I end up with a COM object at the end of the presentation. That'll take about two minutes. Any ideas on what I can do to fill the rest of the time?
