>I think that thought is right. It seems you're in a state that you cannot use default "Exit" if you were just using default menu. It might be anything that's preventing an exit. Just for a sample :

Ah, so it's the READ EVENTS that's making it disabled? Hmmm... That puts me in a catch-22. I don't want to issue a CLEAR EVENTS unless the user clicks on EXIT, but I need a CLEAR EVENTS before they can click on EXIT...
I'll try making my own EXIT option instead of using the system one and see if that helps.
