It's been tricky convincing the Council to put an ad in the paper for that, we've decided to issue electric shocks to anyone who doesn't enter a 4 digit date, there is a function called GetElectricShock(cVoltage) in one of the Windows DLL's. It simply feeds back a lot of power to the enter key, mind you, the local gangbanger might come in handy for disposing of the body if the user gets badly electrocuted.

I will probably create a class for this textbox, as there are a 'lot' of date fields in the database, no problem there.
