I recently finished Markus' book and it got me to thinking about a few things:

1) Design Patterns. I'll see Steven Black this weekend and try to get a crash course from him. I'll also be reading about this in the near future.
2) UML. Also on my reading list, right after Design Patterns.
3) Capabilities in Rose that aren't in VM. I'll use Visio for those until I can afford Rose.
