I never experienced a problem with just a "quit" but it doesn't mean it wouldn't cause any problems. An extra line wouldn't harm :)

One line ? It could be a procedure. I think leaving it as is would do no harm. OTOH with one line you could call your UDF ExitApp() routine.

I didn't have an "ExitApp" routine. That was the point. But I ended up needing one for something else, so it's a moot point, now.
