I created the property but it still won't let me use thisform in the rowsource sql statement. I don't care if all the records show up initially in the child combo, I just want the data in the combo to change after a parent record is chosen. And using the property, I can get the cursor for the child combo to requery, but I can still not get the values in the combo to refresh.... very frustrating.
