I've tried something different but I am having troubles getting it to work exactly how I want. Here is what I have

I no longer get a form feed after the labels are done, but I get some space before they print. I need it to start printing right where the head of the printer is sitting. This is the order I need, 1) Print 2) Stop 3) Print again when requested right where it stopped. Any ideas, you guys have been such a great help already.
