Well, I still use 'em when I need 'em. :-) I'm not so interested in the various tricks that can be played. But when I have a read-only grid, which most of mine are, I want the mousepointer to be an arrow over all the grid's controls so the user isn't confused about whether they can edit, etc. I just wish they were a little more intuitive. :-)
