I've written a C program to anonymously send email (once you're connected to an ISP). I've not used it, was just a test to see if I could do it. I may incorporate this in my new mail client I'm writing (run from the system tray).

The catch is that you must send the email to an SMTP server, but good news is that these are extemely common. Jist is... you can send an anonymous email... perhaps the email server will keep the originating IP address though.
