Dead-pan is Chapter 3 I believe, but I don't think Sarcasm had its own chapter. I think it was a major part of "Advanced Techniques" (Chapter 10).:-)

"Mitre" I make a suggestion? (Yeah, I saw the one above, but I did want to spell it right< s >). One that might have some "teeth" in it? We'd better watch it or the members will "bolt" for the door. Of course, many think I'm "nuts" but I'm not about to "shim"my because of it. Some have tried to take the "measure" of me, but I keeping "lumber"ing along none the less. They simple refuse to "chaulk" it up to experience. But I'm "drill"ing you quite a "bit", but you've "tapped" into this and once done it's hard to bring it to a halt.
