The Win98 and 9 of the NT stations are all functioning properly - except when the remaining NT station has launched the application.

My first thought would be a security issue. A couple of things to try:

1. Try logging in to the network on the "bad" machine under the same user name as one of the "good" NT machines.

2. Try logging in on the "bad" machine as a user with Admin rights on both the local machine and whichever one is being used as the server (may require Domain admin privileges if it's NT Server).

Is the "bad" machine otherwise functioning properly on the network?
