I normally go off the TechNet CD set, which have the latest drivers approved by MS; the alternative is to roll back to the MS distributed drivers from the OS du jour CDs. If the model you have is not on thedistribution from MS, roll back to a driver that is from MS and that supports your printer; I've had good results with the HP 4 Plus drivers off the Win9x disks with newer models.
