I don't know MusicMatch, but assuming that it's a WinApp, you have several options:

(1) Create a shortcut to it in and drop that in the StartUp folder of the Start Menu/Programs hierarchy. Create a shortcut on the desktop, right click on the Start button, select Explore, and just drag the shortcut in where it belongs. This will fire the app automagically unless you bypass normal Startup

(2) Create a Run or RunService key value in the registry that starts the executable. Under Win9x, the difference is that RunService entries fire before the Windows login dialog, and Run after the dialog. The difference is far more significant under NT or Win2K - don't create a RunService key for it unless it is designed to run as an NT service.

If you run Win98, the MSCONFIG program (Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information - the Tools/System Configuration menu point) makes editing the startup stuff very easy.
