>I don't understand the question - in most cases, there's a power switch that is not under software control involved. A small robot that crawled out and hit the physical switch, and made sure the speakers were plugged in would be needed.

>My sound drivers load up as a part of the Windows startup driver processing - as long as the speakers are powered up, they're available and active.
Let me explain more what's my problem. If I want to have my speakers work I have to launch MusicMatch. After that I will be able to hear music as well as hear sound coming from my other apps.
The problem is that if I don't launch MusicMatch There's nothing coming out of those speakers.
