I don't know what msxml.dll that is going to install. If it's later than version 5.00.2314.1000 you need to copy the version that shipped with IE5.0 over the top of the file. You can use the MS tool that's linked on the
W i k i article CurrentVersion to find the original .cab file to get the old version from.
