It appears that xmlredist.exe will install msxml.dll version 5.00.2314.1000, based on the file available for download yesterday.

Pardon me if I'm asking something you've already answered here, but in what way is the IE 5.01 version (5.00.2919.6303) broken with respect to VFP? I am able to use the IE 5.01 version successfully in a test of the Seattle VFP SIG stock watch class.
