Yea, i don't know about Holmen, Wisconsin, but in Dallas,Texas your salary would be below going rate for someone of your experience. I would guess somewhere the lower to mid 40K's for you in Dallas. I'm assuming Holmen is not nearly metropolitan as Dallas.
