Is it just static pages, or asp talking to a COM object, or Web Connection or something similar? If you want to do a Web Connection type system, you're going to want your application isolated on your own box. That means co-locating it or leasing a server. It costs a lot more, but if you are doing anything significant with it, you need the security/stability/peace of mind it offers.
I don't know where I'm going yet :) We have secure web servers at work already (BLS data) - this is only for personal use, and I don't know just what I will want to do down the road. But I will stick with NT, definitely, at least that sounds like the right direction.
