Just another option. (Now we see all the differing ways to do things in Fox!!) Use a VIEW to base the Report on, ordered by the ID (or whatever) from the parent table, then ordered by some desirable item on the child table (Optional). Use the view for the report Grouped by the parent table attribute you orderd by. I have found this very clean and controllable, also the view may be modified any number of ways without the report haveing any knollege of it, as long as no field names are changed, which makes redevelopment easy. (And redevelopment will happen, right?)

Cindy is right, as far as using only the field names, this will save you alot of hassle later in development.
