A couple of possible options...

after your data collection program finishes you could tell crystal where these flat tables reside with the datafiles() array.

or, you could design the report with a data definition file, and then pass Crystal an ADO Recordset object.

With either of these options, as long as the structure of the file is the same as the structure used when the report was created, Crystal shouldn't complain.
