Here (Vancouver Island) we find the worst drivers are those with prarie plates on the car. It seems they just do not know how to handle roads that are as winding as ours. During winter, however, the worst drives seem to be the ones from the 'Snow belt' (anywhere east of the Rockies), as they are not used to wet snow, and try to drive as though they were still in Ontario (or Winterpeg, etc.)and then seem amazed that they got stuck or slid out of control.
