Well, the application is a standalone EXE- the users don't have foxpro on their computers, so it's an EXE created by foxpro
They access each of the forms by running the application and selecting which form they want. Each of the two forms has its own table- the first is for people referred to the clini- the second is for patients of the clinic- if a referral becomes a patient, his record needs to be transferred to the other table by clicking the button on the form whose table you're transferring from.

Any suggestions on the coding or the syntax?
