I'm confused. None (well most) of our users have fox installed but assume you have it.
You ask for coding and syntax where would you put it if you don't have source code. You have the source code, don't you ? For a moment if we think you don't have the source code what does current button do ? What field changes in referral table when it becomes a patient and what are the structures of tables.
