>Switching to opinion, I think more conference options can only be a good thing for the VFP community. I encourage everyone to attend some conference in 2000. The opportunity to meet with your peers and learn from them, as well as from the expert speakers is invaluable.
I agree wholeheartedly that more conferences is a good thing, since often scheduling conflicts can prevent attendance. I would have been at the Palm Springs DEVCON if I had not been in the first weeks of a new contract.
I also encourage everyone, especially those how have never attended a VFP conference, to make the effort to attend at least one this year, and more if possible. The benefits *far* outweigh the expenses.
