My point about comparing FPD26 and VFP6 is that they're more different than apples and oranges. I've made qualitative comparisons (FPD screen builder is an unusable nightmare comapared to the form designer, etc.) To make quantitative comparisons in the tenth to hundreds of the second range is pretty non-definative. The differences between a 16 bit and 32 bit application running in a dos emulation versus a windows app, etc. create a margin of error larger than the figures generated.

I was suprised to see the times you listed too. It's curious, and some explanation would definately be interesting to know. When you mentioned the VB/VFP comparison, my brain shut off over the ad nauseum bickering that goes on in that discussion. From your last reply, i think you already agree.

BTW, Do canadians really like Molson as much as americans are lead to believe by their advertising department? If so, do they make a green version for today? (I still don't understand the point of green beer)
