>I've begun to adopt the philosophy of "Distribute Everything". My setup puts the WSH, Foxtools, and MSXML redistributable on every machine. Even if I don't need them. The way I see it, if I start to build this infrastructure now, all of these tools are available to me on these machines without worry in the future when I DO need them.
I wouldn't do that! In Windows 2000 you will not be able to do this, because system files are locked down. You can't and shouldn't replace any system files unless it's absolutely necessary.
If only Microsoft played by their own damn rules about this, we'd all be a lot better off.
