Here's one about formsets that I've never figured out.

The stability of some OCX's seems to be compromised by the use of formsets.

The worse case that I ever encountered was a fairly good Text Editor/Merge OCX marketed in the USA by BeCubed called HiEdit Pro.

The stability of this control was not all that great on a VFP form but formsets drove it insane.

On some PCs you could start the form that contained the HiEdit Pro control and all seemed well but starting any subsequent formsets (that had noting to do with HiEdit Pro) would cause a BSOD. The problem was traced down to certain HP printer drivers but could never be completely resolved (sometimes removing the HP provided drivers and substituting the Windows driver provided relief).

A version of the Mabry FTP/X control that I have worked withg also seems to have a slight problem with formsets, but works fine with a simple form...

Any insights?
