I agree that threads here are far more in-depth. I had a CServe membership thru last month. I haven't used it in a while. Logged on to see the new forum setup and check the VFP forums. I found that many discussions were on a very superficial level compared to here.

I noticed it especially in the Internet thread. Most of the discussion was about using AFP. One person said he tried to use Web Connection and found it much too difficult.

However, I do think the CIS interface did have some benefits to here. As a matter of fact, one of the sysops created an interface to scan thru messages. You could download a DBF every month and search using his interface, or browse however you want.
