I have a VFP app on an NT network, and about once a day , the following intermittent error comes up:

Error reading file..... Cancel /Retry

By cancelling a few times, it eventually crashes but allows users back in.. i.e no files are corrupted

Now, I cant replicate this back at base , and another FPW app which gets as much use on the same site, gives no problems !!

It seems to be some sort of network problem but why is FPW app ok.?
Are there any special NT settings for VFP ?
