This trick never failed. Resetting ControlSource to empty before issuing a SQL-Statement then return the RecordSource value to the SQL-Statement result would give you a lesser programming code. Why should I create a temporary cursor to be the default RecordSource of the Grid if there are ways in where i can put directly the result of the transaction?
Anyway, whatever trick we use, and how long we've been on it, doesn't matter.
