FYI. There is a job expo at the Palais des Congres starting tomorrow night. They mentioned programming positions. Also a good site is the LaPresse on line, my fiance and I both found our VFP jobs there. I also heard that Consoltex in Cowensville is looking for someone. It's a bit down the road but if the person wants to relocate, it's there.
