I am trying to print a report to a text file that can be used as an attachment in an email. The problem is that when I create the file all my column headers are there, but some of the columns have no data in them. Why? There are no calculated fields in the report. No report variables. Since the report is 8-1/2" X 11" in Landscape I set _ASCIICOLS = 120 to give some space between the columns. I used REPORT FORM partcost TO FILE testfile ASCII to generate the file. Since this is the 1st time I needed to output a report to text file is there something I overlooked?
