I had already placed your code in the lostfocus event (from another reply of yours to someone else).

I don't have an index per se on this view, I thought the sql statement underlining the view took care of all the ordering for me.

Questions:

1. Do I need to create a physical index for this view in order for this to work.

2. If I do that, and eventually I have to move into a client-server environment? I wanted to stay away from physical indexes so I could migrate seamlessly.
