I think your message & request is completely absurd!
You are running under the premise that all programmers are logical & make complete sense! That we have no sense of humor & are dry witted. IOW, if messages can be downloaded (I believe is the correct term) then they can be distributed. Which leads to the possibitlity I will now have to start making only 'no nonsense' messages. This infringes upon my creative instincts as a programmer & thus unduly puts extra burdon on me to limit my expressions. Blasphamy! Where are those darned Blue Ribbons when you need them?
