I was talking about the roles of the managing and technical editors, of which you are not one.
As far as I understand, the role of the contributing editor is more symbolic than anything. i.e., you don't really "edit" anything. It is the role of the managing/techincal editors that chart the editorial direction of the magazine...
Now, if you were to be a technical editor of FPA, I would see that as a good thing....
So you see, my issue is not with you personally.....
Kind of narrows it down...doesn't it....
