We had a long discussion last night, where Jim Booth was also present, and I learned that this message is triggered by Windows and not PHDBase. So, I don't think this approach would work.

I also remember having heard that it was coming from Windows. However, I forgot it since then. This is why it's so difficult to do a workaround.
