Looks good to me. About the only thing I'd take issue with is the 4 articles a year business for being a TE. It might lead to, "Well, I need to write an article..." and it might end up being worthless.
Side issue. Several years ago, I subscribed to VBPJ. As I recall they had a regular column along the lines of "Under the hood" that about the API. One of the areas that I personally think that many VFP programmers are lacking in is and understanding of what goes on "under the hood". Unfortunately, except for sporadic articles, FPA rarely addresses this topic. I believe that an understanding, however basic, of what actually goes on in Windows might save folks a lot of grief (is this a surprise?).
