Anyone know of a way for checking if a file has been built into an .exe

We keep our reports (.prg's and frx's) in a table which becomes the report menu. I use to keep them as separate files. Doint it this way, I could use the FILE() function to verify the report's existance. I have been asked to put everything into the .exe which means I can no longer use the FILE() function to verify that what is in the table is going to be available at run time. (IE: someone makes an entry and never adds the files to the project.)

Anyone know of a good alternative for checking to make sure reports and .prg's will be available at run time?
