Yes, I agree. Wholeheartedly. Imagine my own chagrin, having been left with the same questions, and yet I was the subject of the censure. :-(

It's getting there. Hopefully, The Rules will be clarified sufficiently so that no one will ever wonder again whether they're crossing imaginary lines, as I did (by proxy, so to speak <g>).
