Dell PIII 600 with 256 MB RAM, 18GB HD. Win2K Pro.
MSDN takes about 3 seconds to load. My processor is a little faster, but I wouldn't think enough to make that big of a difference. I would be complaining too if mine were taking as long as you report...
My desktop is a PII350 with 128 MB, and it takes about 5 seconds to load MSDN.
I wonder what the difference is?
