I am trying to programatically APPEND PROCEDURES to a DBC out in the field in a Runtime environment and I get an:

Error 1001: "Feature Not Available Error".

This "Feature" of VFP is not documented. I have the Database open and it is the active database. The code works fine in the development tool. However, again when I run the same code as a standalone using the Runtime files it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
