I think many of us give our time in the way that works best for us. While I'm not volunteering with kids other than my own, I'm heavily involved in our local schools. This year, I'm co-president of an organization that is the umbrella group for the PTO's in our school district. So while I don't work with kids directly, the things our group does directly impact all the children in our district.
