Thank you for your reply. It seems to me you may have mentioned this in one of your columns. Regardless, you're a pretty impressive person considering all that you're involved in professionally and otherwise.
I didn't intend to imply that helping children learn to read was the "only" way. I did say in my post to David "such as" parents as teachers.....
