I've read through all the responses to your posting. There are three settings for temp files. Or, you can make it easy and just use TMPFILES in the CONFIG.FPW and set them all to the local drive. SORTWORK will not affect memofields. What's probably happening is that in the Development version, the temp files are going to the local drive where there is plenty of space, but in the EXE, the temp files are getting directed to the network drive and either the user doesn't have rights to the directory or they are maxing out their allocated space.
