Research teh CREATE VIEW command in the help file. If it asks you for a disk that is because you haven't installed the MSDN CDs that came with VFP, or you didn't mark the VFP help to be installed on your hard disk.

I don't understand why you are trying to create a remote view, is the data coming from outside of VFP?
