Comport yourselves the way you would in a normal social situation.
Someone invites you to a party where you don't know many people. Someone says, "the Heat look like a pretty good team this year". Generally, you don't respond with "You moron, the Knicks rule!!!", do you?
As to profanity and obscenities, it's also a clear-cut issue being made murky. You meet with a new client to discuss a potential project. Do you greet him with "Hey, Bill, this is going to be a f***ing great project! That old sh** is gonna get scrapped, huh??". I think not.
Common sense.
