Yes, you most certainly implied that, and you even gave a clear indication you were in agreement with that definition. You appeal to authority, for recollection sake, was:

Accoring to the US Supreme Court, something is only obscence if it is only there to "excite lust" (that means erotic, and I could make it simpler ;-) and lacks political, social, scientific or artistic value. Fwiw.

So, when you now say:

I said something can only be considered as obscene by the US Government if its only purpose is erotica, and lacks those other values (scientific, politcally, art, ect.).

You see how the meaning of your words has changed, right? But that's okay, you're young. Your mastery of the mother-tongue will come with age. :-)
